We absolutely loved working with Donika! We were searching for our first house in March 2021 in Alpharetta/Roswell area and got referred to Donika by my cousin who she had helped out in the past. From the very beginning, Donika was so responsive, so friendly, so professional and so knowledgeable on the market and the process. Donika was always available to us whenever we wanted to go look for a house and always super responsive via email, text and phone. Every time we would walk through a house, she would point out things that I would have never even noticed so her expertise was incredibly helpful. She is very genuine and would give us her honest opinion on the house. She is very trusting and would never let us buy a house that wasnt at a fair price. Early 2021 was a crazy time to be buying a house as everybody was overbidding on houses and waving all sorts of contingencies on their offers.
